Wish we could give a 10+ out of 5. We had a front end noise with our 1972 MG 4 days into a 5000 mile 4 week trip, needed someone look at it! We pulled up at Michael's Tire Plus, just walked in, asked for help. It was a quick yes, can help you in 10 minutes! They put Coty on the job. Not only did Coty tighten up the loose bolts on the front frame, he made sure he did it so well that we knew we could complete the rest of our 5000 mile road trip! Fantastic service!!!! Still will need an extra look when we get home in 3 weeks, but boy Coty is great!!! Highly recommend the shop. Incredible service!

Took my vehicle to this shop within 40 min of closing, and 3 customers were ahead of us. Steven was extremely honest and professional. He was straightforward and advised that due to the screw hole and slit in my tire, he wasn’t sure that a patch and plug would prevent air from leaking. We requested that he try, and he did an excellent job. Steven was kind and did not treat us as though we were an inconvenience at all. Such a pleasant experience and a huge blessing. I highly recommend this tire shop and would go here again. Thank you for being a light in our home town. You are much appreciated!!

Do NOT waste your time here! There are better places with better customer service in the area! I went in for a simple tire change ..it took the older gentleman 20 mins just to enter in my information and then came the all the “extra fees”. I had previously got a tire here and knew how much it cost…I told him this but he still try to upcharge me close to $50 dollars for a $62 tire! So almost half the ticket cost was up charges and “fees” …I told him no thanks on all the extras but it did make me wonder how many elderly or women ..just take these men at face value! But before I even got to the counter…the wait was unbelievable…he was answering phones and looking up parts for call ins…totally ignoring the people in front of him! He did this multiple times! Then a customer walked in ..visibly upset by the lack of customer service …mounted his frustrations and was allowed to cut the rest of us “because he had a job to go to”! Like somehow his job was more important than ours! This was not a “staffing issue”…there are like 7 of them here! A tire change typically take 25-30 mins max…I’ve spent hours in this shop! I asked if I should come back later ..he said “don’t come back at 6 (they

We had a flat tire at 6am and were honestly expecting our whole day to be ruined, but Tires Plus completely saved us. They had us back on the road within an hour. John was super helpful, efficient, and understanding of our situation. You can tell they really care about helping people out, especially in stressful moments like that. We’re so grateful for how quickly and smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend this location if you ever find yourself in a pinch!

I got an oil change Saturday at Tires Plus Elizabethtown. I told the man, at check-in, that my low tire light came on when I was on my way here. They changed my oil. When I checked out, I was shocked at the price, but it’s one of those “eh it is what it is” things. When I got back in my car, my tire light was still on. I got my tire gauge out, and my rear passenger tire was at 22. It’s not flat, so it’s not as if it lost that much air in that short amount of time, and I checked all of the other tires, and they weren’t sitting right at 30 like they should have been. Staff just didn’t check them. I went back in, and they put air in it. It hasn’t come back on since I left. The guy at the counter said, “I didn’t make a note of it. That’s my fault, but it is part of our courtesy check.” Yeah, I know, and for $100 and signing of that they did that check, it seems a little ridiculous that I had to check my tire in the parking lot for them to put air it. Who knows what else was not checked that they signed off on. They also did not give me a receipt that they said would be sent to my email. Corporate was supposed to call me within two business days, but here we are. My advice- stick with
